Policies

Shipping

Be aware shipping labels are often purchased a few days ahead of being dropped off at the post office.  Tracking numbers will take from 1 - 3 days to update as shipped.

Within the U.S.

Pieces are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and includes a tracking ID. If you wish to upgrade shipping or add insurance please contact us prior to purchase to discuss options.

We are not responsible for the loss or theft of your order once it has left our studio. Please ship your order to a secure address.

International

International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class. The cost of shipping does not include a tracking ID or insurance. If you wish to upgrade these services please contact us prior to purchase. 

Import duties, taxes or other charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.  

We are not responsible for the loss or theft of your order once it has left our studio. Please ship your order to a secure address.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary. Please refer to the individual product listings for estimated shipping times. If multiple pieces are purchased they will be shipped together upon completion of all items. Production times listed are only estimated, this is a one woman operation and sometimes unavoidable delays arise. If you need your order by a certain date or have any questions regarding production time, please feel free to contact me prior to purchase.

Returns and Exchanges 

All pieces are final sale. If a defect is found within 7 days of receiving your piece a repair or store credit will be offered. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipping, so we highly recommend sending returns with insurance and a tracking number.  

The moment an order is placed it enters the production queue and work begins on it. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanged due to change of mind.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to refunded orders. Shipping fees are non refundable once a piece has been shipped

Repairs

All pieces are handmade and should be treated with care. Absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted if an item is broken due to neglect or mistreatment of a piece. Be aware that stones are fragile and can easily break or chip if hit against a hard surface or dropped. We are unable to repair a stone should it become damaged so please wear with care. Settings and prongs can occasionally come loose through vigorous or continued wear and can be tightened for a small fee. All repairs will be subject to an hourly repair fee plus return shipping. Please know that repairs are subject to the the same wait times as orders. Please email for a current estimate of turn around times

Sizing

Rings are custom made to fit the finger size you provide me with. Please double check your ring size before placing an order. Wider ring bands are measured along the outer edge of the ring rather than the center, causing the ring to fit a bit tighter than a standard thin band. It is strongly recommended that you get sized for a wide band at a local jewelry store before placing your order. 

Shipping and a small labor fee will apply to all pieces returned for resizing

Finishes

Please be aware that all darkened/oxidized silver will become brighter and shiner with wear, especially on the raised portions of the piece. Oxidation should be considered semi permanent

All pieces are handmade so please allow for slight surface flaws or inconsistencies
